Watch Face Purchase & Installation
All of
our watch faces have a “Watch Face Install Companion App” for Android phones that once connected via
Bluetooth is able to communicate directly with your watch.
This phone-based Watch Face Install
Companion App’s sole purpose is to make it easier to find & install the purchased watch face on your
watch.
Find below 3 ways to purchase/install one of our watch faces:
- Install the watch face from your phone via the “Watch Face Install
Companion App”
- Install the watch face directly from your phone to your watch (via Android Play
Store)
- Install via the Play Store website using your preferred web browser
You can choose the way that
best fits your needs. Please read this guide carefully.
1. Install the watch face from your phone via the “Watch Face Install
Companion App”
Purchase Companion App on phone
You can also search for “Watch Face
Name” on the Play Store.
Replace “Watch Face Name” with the desired watch face name and be sure to include the
quotation
marks.
Launch Companion App on phone
It will have the same app icon as the
watch
face itself. Make sure the phone and watch are connected via bluetooth and your are signed
in
with the same Google account on both devices.
The Play Store app will automatically launch
on your connected watch
Be patient while the app loads it may take up to 1 minute,
then install the watch face.
Set your new watch face
Long press the current watch face, scroll to
the
right, then tab 'Add watch face'
Find the new watch face
Scroll to right,
then tap to set
2. Install the watch face directly from your phone to your watch (via Android Play
Store app)
Purchase watch face directly on phone
Expand available
devices.
Select your Wear OS watch and purchase
Make sure the phone and
watch are
connected via bluetooth and your are signed in with the same Google account on both
devices.
After a few minutes, the watch face will be transferred to your Bluetooth
connected watch.
You can check the progress of your download by tapping the download
icon at the
bottom of your current watch face.
Set your new watch face
Long press the current watch face, scroll to
the
right, then tab 'Add watch face'.
Find the new watch face
Scroll to right,
then tap to set.
3. Install via the Play Store website using your preferred web browser
Open your web browser and go to
our developer web page to purchase the watch face
Click on the desired watch face and go through the purchase process
Make sure the phone and
watch are
connected via bluetooth and your are signed in with the same Google account on both
devices.
Select the desired target device from the menu.
After a few minutes, the watch face will be transferred to your Bluetooth
connected watch.
You can check the progress of your download by tapping the download
icon at the
bottom of your current watch face.

Things to remember
Please make sure to be signed-in (same account) in both the web browser-based/phone-based Google Play Store and your Wear OS watch.
Make sure your phone & Wear OS watch are connected via Bluetooth (no Airplane Mode or Battery Saver Mode)
Connection problems? Try disconnecting / reconnecting your watch/phone and try again.
Please allow adequate loading time for the Play Store app and the subsequent watch face download/install which may take several minutes.
Some purchases may take some time to sync with your watch. If you have initiated your purchase using your phone, do not attempt to purchase again using your watch.
If you bought the app/watch face via your phone you should not have to buy it again on your watch. Sometimes the Play Store takes a bit longer to sync purchases across the various device platforms. Any additional order will automatically be refunded by Google. Google will not charge the same app multiple times for the same account - you will be credited back.
You can also search for “Watch Face Name” on the Play Store. Replace “Watch Face Name” with the desired watch face name and be sure to include the quotation marks.

Please keep in mind that any sync/digital delivery issues on Google's side are not caused by the developer or the watchface. We have no control on Google's sync/digital delivery process.
